It's been a while..

I has been awhile since we updated this blog. We no longer run Schui. Xray and Tamiya for the "Owen Racing Clan". We have a big name team driver from Top Racing, Larry Fairtrace. Brandon made the open mod main at Reedy, which we were pretty happy about. I'm continuing to drive my car into the wall (With a big smile) and love making it to the track every month or so. More and more people send in parts for anodizing. I must admit, we get a lot more customers than I ever imagined for just being a single color anodizer. People send us complements all the time, and we love it. We are in the business for making cool looking cars. People thought we cared more about the color of our cars then how fast they were. But when our drivers make A-Mains on both sides of the country, that lets them know we are serious about racing too. I am proud of the "Company". For what we have done with such a minuscule idea, it is really cool. And soon, we will be growing significantly in many ways. We are a service based company. Soon even more.

See ya'll at the track,

Mike Owen

Shipping info

When preparing to ship your parts to Owen Racing, all parts must be taken off the vehicle and free of dirt, rubber, screws and debris. All the parts should be packaged neatly in the shipping container wrapped nicely in news paper or packing peanuts. The neater you package the goods, the easier it is for us to sort and get processed.

Address will be obtained in order negotiations along with your order number.

Thanks,

Mike Owen

Above we have a picture (click to see full size shot) of the completed ride for our team driver Brandon Clements. A team driver for Shumacher, he runs there latest ride, the Mi4. But his Mi4 is no ordinary one. Its got the full Owen Racing "blacked out" treatment, with the exclusions of the purple shims and nuts for some "accent". This is one of my favorite of the cars we have done, and im glad that it was such a good friends. He and many others have had nothing but good things to say about it. And were happy to hear it!

Saturday October 3rd

I will not be near a computer, cell phone, or any other device to check my emails.

Thank you for the overwhelming flood of good words and questions and comments. It means a lot to us, and were excited to see the outcome of many of your rides. Colors are on there way, rebuilt cars are on there way, and one of the personal rides are on the way.

Many Thanks,

Mike Owen
